Open a new help ticket

When to submit a help ticket:

Submit a ticket for assistance with your computer, technology equipment, or requests related to library products such as Alma, Primo, ILLiad, CONTENTdm, EZProxy, MediaBank, etc.

What happens when you submit a ticket?

A trained person will route your request to the group of people who can assist you.

General Requests

Request help with your computer, printer, etc.
