About the OIT Computer Classrooms
The OIT Computer classrooms are located on the first floor of Fondren Library West. (DeGolyer Library is on the second floor.)
The computer classrooms have a folding wall between them. The folding wall can be opened for one large class. FLW 103B has 21 HP computers + 2 Apple computers. FLW 103C has 28 Apple computers. Our Apple computers will run Mac OS X and Windows XP. Between scheduled classes, our classrooms are open for walk-ins. FLW 103B has statistics software installed. [See the list of installed statistics software outside the door.] Both rooms have Atomic Learning available. Printing from the computers in either room requires a copy card or an SMU ID card with a copy strip on it. Copy cards may be purchased at the kiosk at the Circulation Desk in Fondren Library East.

Directions and a Map to Fondren Library West (FLW) 103B & 103C
Entering Fondren Library West from the south (across from Hughes-Trigg): come in the south entrance, the classrooms are straight ahead.
Entering Fondren Library West through the revolving door on the west side: go down a half flight of steps to the first floor. The computer classrooms are on the left as you walk east, down the hall.
Entering Fondren Library West from the east: from the first floor of Fondren Library East, go west through the corridor. Turn right (north) when you reach the lobby of Fondren Library West, the computer classrooms are straight ahead.
