Clearing Internet Cache

After clearing the internet cache, it is best to close the browser and then launch a new browser window.

Internet Explorer

1. Launch Internet Explorer
2. Click Tools
3. Click Internet Options
4. On the General Tab, click the Delete button located under the Browsing History section
5. Check the following options: Temporary Files, Cookies, and History
6. Uncheck "Preserve Favorites Website Data"
7. Click Delete
8. Click OK
9. Exit Internet Explorer

Firefox

1. Launch Firefox
2. Click the Firefox menu in the top left corner.
3. Select the right arrow next to History
4. Click Clear Recent History
5. Expand the Details section and select Cache
6. In the Time Range to Clear: drop down, select Everything 
7. Click Clear Now

Safari

1. Launch Safari
2. Click the Safari menu
3. Select Empty Cache
4. Click Empty

Chrome

1. Launch Chrome
2. Click the Wrench icon
3. Click Tools
4. Click Clear Browsing Data
5. Select Empty Cache
6. In the oliterate the following items from: menu, select the beginning of time.
7. Click the Clear Browsing Data button
