New Device Installations
All new card reader installations must first be approved by the Parking and ID Card Services office (214-768-7669). Once approved the devices will be installed and centrally managed by OIT. Emergency support is available 24/7 for these devices.
SMU ID Cards
Park N Pony is responsible for issuing and activating all SMU ID cards. They are also responsible for Pony Express accounts. If you are having difficulty or have lost your SMU ID card, please contact the Pony Express office. For more details, please visit smu.edu/parknpony.
Changes to Schedules or Access Rights
Changes to card reader access schedules or permissions should be submitted online via help.smu.edu. Please submit your request at least 48 hours prior to the required change.
