Admin Images provides an electronic database of scanned documents and files. These files are uploaded to the server and stored in specific folders. Each folder and the ability to upload or view files is highly controlled. Many of these documents are then integrated with Access.SMU to provide quick access to an individuals application and important records.
Requesting Permission
In order for an SMU faculty, staff or student worker to obtain access to AdminImages, a supervisor must request the permissions through the Online Support Center. Access is assigned depending on the employee's role and department.
