Please be reminded that the application server cache for the HE, CS, and HCM test sites is invalidated every day at 6 AM for maintenance reasons.
Support SLA for Test Environments:
Test environments and their servers are only supported during normal business hours (M-F 8 AM – 6 PM). They are not supported on weekends. PSNTs for the test environments are taken down on the weekend due to a technical issue we ran into with our reloads.
If you have a production critical issue that requires off-hours work, you will need to give as much advanced notice as possible to the DBA team and to the Director of Software Applications. We will then work out a plan to have some level of support available for that time.
Do not call the help desk line for support of our test systems during off-hours. Support will only be provided if it is planned in advance.
