Almost everyone’s job today includes the requirement for successfully managing projects.  Whether your project is simple and straightforward or complex and detailed, you will leave better equipped to lead projects to successful completion.

This one-day class will equip you with the tools, knowledge, insights and skills to assist you in managing your projects.  You will learn to: 

  • Define your project
  • Identify project constraints
  • Identify key stakeholders
  • Set goals
  • Develop and document a project plan
  • Monitor progress
  • Communicate results
