Wellpower will offer 3 structured challenges, each 6-weeks in duration, per reward period. Participants may also choose to complete one personal challenge during each reward period. In addition, Wellpower will offer the new Weigh-In/Weigh-Out challenge. All challenges will be worth 1 credit each.
During each 6-week challenge, participants will be required to complete a number of activities in the areas of self-assessment, education, and practicing new healthy behaviors. Credits must be earned within the reward period; credits are not carried over from one period to the next.

How To Sign Up For An Online Challenge
- Go to wellpower.smu.edu
- Click “JOIN TODAY”
- Enter “Wellpower” as the corporate ID
- If you've completed a challenge before, click the “Returning User” button update your information
- If you are new, complete the Team Captain information (you can be a team of 1)
- Once you complete the profile information, you land on your dashboard
- Go to the myProgress tab to enter your activity

Other Ways to Earn Wellpower Credits (1 Credit Each)
Participants may complete one personal challenge and the Weigh-In/Weigh-Out challenge during each reward period. During the spring reward period, participants may also earn a credit for completing the Naturally Slim class.
*Note: Participants may earn 1 credit by working toward a healthy weight or maintaining their already healthy weight during a reward period. This challenge will require that participants submit their weight at the beginning and end of the reward period.
