Starting February 2, 2015, Catapult Health is providing our screening/health check-ups on campus.
Make An Appointment Online
- Go to: www.timeconfirm.com/smu
- Choose Schedule a New Appointment and click "New Appointment."
- Click the location from the dropdown (Expressway Tower, Hughes-Trigg or the Plano campus) that you want.
- Click the date that you would like.
- Click the time you wish to begin your appointment.
- Complete the required information: First Name, Last Name, Cell Phone, Email, and Date of Birth
- Double-check your reservation and click "Book Appointment."
- You may print your appointment information if desired.
Within minutes of making your appointment, you should receive a confirmation email with a calendar appointment attached to the email. In addition, you will also receive a text message reminder the day before your appointment if you provided your cell phone #.

Call 469-701-2515 and following the automated instructions to book your appointment.
Cancel/Reschedule An Appointment
- Go to: www.timeconfirm.com/smu and choose Update or Cancel and Existing Appointment and click "Change Appointment."
- Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Date of Birth so Catapult can look up your appointment and select "Continue."
- Select and click "Cancel and/or Reschedule Appointment."
- You will be asked if you are sure you want to cancel this appointment.
- If you select "Yes," a box will appear informing you that you do not currently have an appointment scheduled.
- Follow the steps above in Make An Appointment Online if you want to reschedule.
