2012 HR Fair - Providing the Tools and Resources to Support Your Work-Life Balance!

A focus on work/life balance is the highlight of SMU’s 2012 HR Fair.  Take advantage of this opportunity to learn about your health plan options, meet our health care vendors, and visit with representatives of on-campus organizations who can help you make the most of your professional and personal time!

New this year:  Open Enrollment Information Sessions!

As in the past, the Fair coincides with the University's annual Open Enrollment period.  The Department of Human Resources is offering several information sessions to assist you with choosing the best medical plan for you and your dependents.  If you find making a decision among the various medical plan options difficult, if you are anticipating a significant health expense in 2013, or would like to learn how to optimize usage of your medical plan, you'll want to RSVP and attend one of these sessions.

• SMU's Memorial Health Center offering flu vaccinations.  No appointment necessary!
• Massage Therapists from Dedman Center's Department of Recreational Sports offering chair massages.  Sign-up sheets for morning sessions will be posted at 10:30am the morning of the HR Fair and sign-up sheets for afternoon sessions will be posted at 12:00pm the afternoon of the HR Fair.
• Baylor Health Care System offering health screenings.  No appointment necessary!
• Retired or considering retirement?  Visit the Emeriti Meetings page to RSVP for an information session on benefits for SMU Retirees.
