These two volumes are examples of Old and New Testament portions published by the Madras Auxiliary Bible Society in a small and portable format.  Both are bound in limp textured cloth with printed labels on the upper covers. Printed at the American Mission Press, the volumes were printed entirely in Tamil except for the Tamil and English titlepages.  On display are the upper cover for the Book of Genesis and first twenty chapters of the Book of Exodus and the titlepage for the Gospel of Matthew.
