To assist in interpreting your work and proposal, jurors will be provided print copies of your sample binding citation, sample binding description, and design description for Libri quatuor De imitatione Christi, exactly as entered on this form. Jurors will see only the three statements. Contact information and Career Statement are withheld from jurors.
