Years at SMU: Less than one year.
Favorite thing about SMU: I would have to say it’s the students, faculty and staff at SMU. Everyone is very welcoming, and they are excited and happy to be at SMU!
Favorite place on campus: Walking along the Boulevard. SMU’s campus is just beautiful with all the landscape and architecture that surrounds you. If you happen to be there for a home football game, it becomes a festive atmosphere!
Favorite place in Dallas: I would say the Katy Trail. It’s a 3.5 mile scenic pathway that’s great for jogging or just to take a walk on a nice sunny day!
Favorite restaurant near campus: There are so many great places to grab a bite! For a good burger, I’d recommend the Twisted Root Burger Company, and for some good Latin American cuisine, check out Gloria’s on Greenville Avenue.
What I recommend during your stay in Dallas: There are so many things to do in Dallas! Check out the Dallas Arts District, it’s one of the largest in the nation that offers art museums, theater and music!
