Favorite thing about SMU: The size. With 6200 undergraduates, our small class sizes allow you easy access to our outstanding faculty while enjoying the spirit and tradition from NCAA Division I Athletics that is often only found at larger institutions.

Favorite place on campus: Walking up Bishop Boulevard on an early fall morning with the smell of freshly cut grass and taking in the beauty of the campus.

Favorite place in Dallas: Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza

Favorite restaurant near campus: Kuby’s Sausage House in Snider Plaza. I recommend the Reuben with German potato salad. 

What I recommend during your stay in Dallas: Enjoy your favorite sporting event! Whether it’s cheering on the Mustangs, screaming for the Stars or Mavericks at the AAC, visiting Cowboys Stadium to watch America’s Team, seeing FC Dallas win at Pizza Hut Park, enjoying the annual Cotton Bowl Classic, or watching with pride as the Rangers blaze a path to the World Series, there is truly something for every sports fan in Dallas.
