| Welcome to Pre-Health at SMU! The program serves students throughout the university, regardless of majors chosen. Pre-Health students major in a variety of disciplines and pursue admission to dental, medical, optometry, pharmacy, podiatry, physical therapy, physician assistant, veterinary medicine and chiropractic medicine. The program consists of advising, a core curriculum, and student organizations – AED, MAPS, and the Pre-Dental Discussion Group.
