In addition to attending an Academic Advising, Registration, and Orientation (AARO) session over the summer, students in the program are required to attend an additional orientation for the program from August 13-15, 2012.
Move-in to the residence halls will occur starting at 9 am on Monday, August 13th, and we will kick off the event with a dinner that evening. Orientation will include academic assessments and workshops, which will introduce students to the rigors of academics at SMU and prepare them to be successful by connecting them to the resources available.
There is
no fee for this program. From August 16—18, students will participate in Mustang Corral.
